Pricing Information
- All prices are based on a PER ROOM, single OR double occupancy basis.
- Extra amounts may apply for the 3rd and/or 4th person (4 per room maximum sharing the same "standard" room is typical, depending on room
type), The extra charge amount (if any) varies by hotel.
- Rates charged for children vary by hotel.
In all cases you will be informed of any extra person charge, child age cut-off, and maximum occupancy allowed by the hotel, by room type, as you
examine your hotels of interest while online. In other words, there are no surprises...

Payment
Note: Due to rapidly rising energy costs, some hotels are imposing a per room per night energy surcharge. Also, some resorts
charge Resort Fees and/or parking charges. All hotel guests will be required to pay these extra fees (if any) upon check-in. In all cases you will be
informed of any additional fees charged by the hotel prior to booking your room online.
- For all FunTyme ("Pre-paid") reservations the full amount plus tax is charged at the time of Booking; either online or
through our Call Center.
- For all ("Guarantee only") reservations a deposit-guarantee is charged by the hotel (typically the first night rate plus
tax, each room) at time of Booking.
- In ALL cases the exact charges made to your card and the Cancellation policy for your reservation will be displayed before you book online, requires
your explicit acceptance thereof, and will be contained in your written email Confirmation Letters(2).
- All credit card types are accepted, i.e., American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards.
- Payment by cashiers check or money order can only be booked through the Call Center at 800-537-6986/702-636-9507.
- Foreign and domestic bank transfers (wire-transfers) cannot be booked online, you must call our Call Center at 800-537-6986/702-636-9507.
Available for Pre-Paid reservations only. Payment must be for full amount only; all room-nights, all rooms, plus tax, plus $20 Bank Transfer Fee (our
bank's fee). You must pay your own bank's fee separately from the amount being transferred. Therefore, so as not to delay your confirmation, PLEASE instruct
your bank to NOT subtract their fee from the transfer amount; you must pay your bank's fee separately.

Cancellation & Changes
Note: All dates and times begin and end at midnight Pacific Standard Time.
- A $20 service fee is charged for each room canceled prior to the cut-off date (typically 5-days prior to arrival for most periods). All remaining
charges are refunded in full.
- The first room-night charges, each room, plus tax is nonrefundable for all cancellations occurring on and up to day of scheduled arrival (typically
4 to 1 days prior to arrival).
- Some holiday and special event periods have longer cancellation requirements, such as: New Year's, special events, special packages, etc.
- You will be informed as to the exact cancellation requirements for your reservation prior to booking online or through our Call Center.
- On date of arrival (beginning at 12:00:01AM PST) the entire amount charged for Pre-paid reservations is non-refundable.
- Hotels CANNOT cancel a prepaid reservation. Only we can cancel a Pre-Paid reservation with the hotel. If, at your request, the hotel inadvertantly
cancels a Pre-Paid reservation the entire amount charged by FunTyme is non-refundable.
- No-show or early check-out is NOT an automatic cancellation. All online activity and all emails contain date and time stamps.
- Changes to existing reservations are FREE, however, we cannot pre-guarantee availability or rates when adding rooms or room-nights. Examples of changes
are: add a room-night, add or subtract persons sharing a room, change special requests, change room-preference: i.e., smoking/nonsmoking, add or subtract
a rollaway, crib bed, etc.
- Changing room types (i.e. from a standard room to a suite) will require cancellation of the existing reservation and booking a new reservation
for the room type desired. Changing bedding (e.g. from 1-bed to 2-beds) may require cancellation of the existing reservation and booking a new
reservation.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed as a credit to your credit card account. The average wait time between processing a refund and your bank posting it to your
account is 4 days. However, it can take up to 1-4 days for refunds to be submitted to your bank, and it can take your bank 2-7 days to post your funds
into your account.
- If refund is made by check a $40 check processing fee is charged.

- RenoTahoeRooms.com (FunTyme Reservations, Inc.) offers travel related products and services, and acts as an agent for companies which supply hotel
and motel rooms, and other related services.
- RenoTahoeRooms.com (FunTyme Reservations, Inc.) and any of its agents or subagents shall not be held responsible for loss, damage or injury to property
or persons, due to any defect or negligence by the employee, company, by any hotel or motel, or any other company or person or employee providing the
aforementioned services.
